Well, I had a really great Labour Day weekend… I got together with friends for a BBQ in the afternoon and games in the evening. After the BBQ (i.e. very late in the evening) I headed up to the cottage where I arrived at 0145.

The weather on Sunday was great! I went sailing in the afternoon and headed over to Scott’s cottage on the other side of the lake. He grabbed a PFD and we headed out for a couple of hours of sailing.

Monday’s weather was greyer than Sunday’s, but still better than being stuck in town. I left for Ottawa shortly after noon. The traffic was quite heavy on the way home so I turned off highway 17 at Kinburn and made my way home via the country roads and Carp.
